Ruth Knill treats a cat called "Achat" in 2004 with accupuncture.
"Achat" is a 20 year old male cat, who suffers from arthritis,
especially in the back.
Healing animals
Acupuncture can be used to heal animals. Animal acupuncture
has been used for thousands of years in Asia.
The cat is not bothered by the needles. Achat even purred
during the treatement. The needles applied to the head of the
cat are used for relaxation of the cat.
